5. Submit claim documents for reimbursement

*You should submit the training grant application within 2 months after course completion.

Things to prepare before submitting training grant application:

Bank account information & bank account statement *If your company hasn't provided any information of bank account before

Confirmation of Training Completion and Payment Form completed by GMA

Follow This:

1. Click "Reimbursement" in "Application Record"

2. Check the box to select the trainee(s) to apply reimbursement

  • Provide the reason for the trainee(s) NOT required the reimbursement

3. Upload claim document (Confirmation of Training Completion and Payment form completed by GMA)

4. Submit your application

You will receive reimbursement 3 months after course completion :)
