Global vs Project Presets
When creating a Preset, you can make it to be Global, or per a specific Project.
Global Presets are accessible to all the projects that you have created. On the other hand, Project Presets are saved within a specific project, and they are reachable only when that project is activated.
In the screenshot bellow, you will notice that there is no project activated. Therefore, we don't have any Project Presets available. We have only one Global Preset available called "My main workspace."

If we activate a project (which has a Preset saved), it will appear in the Project Presets section. In the example, you can see that we have a Project Preset called "All in one." Since this preset is connected to a project, it appears in the Project Presets.

If we activate another project, we will see the Presets related to that project. In the screenshot bellow, you can see that the Project Presets changed. Now we have "Desktop devices," "Mobile iPhone," and "Samsung devices." These presets are all connected to our currently active project called "Twizzle."
Only the preset "My main workspace" stays unaffected because this preset is a Global one. And as we already said, Global Presets are always accessible, regardless of which project is active.

You can see from the examples given, that as we change the projects the per-Project Presets are changing as well. Only the Global Presets stay the same.
