When logging into the Surffy (surffy.io), you will first meet the Surffy Main Console page.
Here, users can check their environment status and view information about the Surffy product they are currently using, including Plan & Usage data and payment dates.
If you encounter a service configuration failure message, you should click the 'Ask' shortcut button. Surffy cannot be used until the service configuration is complete.
If you have encountered a service suspension (User's Environment status: Stopped) due to plan expiry and data deletion dates, you can click the 'Subscribe Plan' button to resubscribe to the plan. If there are issues accessing services related to plan subscription, please inform the Surffy Support team by using the 'Contact Us or Ask' channel.

- Users can only go to the service home screen while you are subscribed to the service or upon expiration (data retention).
At the top of the Surffy homepage, users can view the notification, ask, documents, and various shortcut icons.
Click on the bell-shaped notification icon to view the notification window. And, clicking on 'View All' takes users to the entire notification page. Clicking on the profile icon allows users to view personal and organizational settings and Surffy plan/payments.
On the Surffy notification page, users can quickly check the product category and notification type in the title.
Users can view up to 10 notifications on one page, and unread notifications are displayed. Users can view notifications in chronological order from the latest, and mark them all as read.
