Enterprise device setup

In this guide we run through the enrollment and configuration of Glacier Enterprise.

Prior to getting started confirm you've received two emails from Glacier:

1. Glacier enrollment email for Intelligent Hub
2. Glacier welcome email to active your Glacier account

iOS Setup

1. Install the Intelligent Hub app from the App Store.
2. Open the Intelligent Hub app.
3. Tap the QR code button or enter your email address that was assigned to your Glacier account.
4. Scan the code provided in the enrollment email.
5. Enter your username and password (see enrollment email).
6. Review the privacy information, tap Next.
7. A iOS configuration profile will be downloaded to your device.

Install the iOS management profile

1. Go to your device Settings app and tap on the Profile Downloaded (View Profile) notification
2. Tap Install.
3. iOS will display a confirmation message.
4. Tap Install.
5. At the Remote Management message, tap Trust.
6. Tap Done.

Finish installation

1. Open the Hub app
2. Tap Done on the IT department notification.
3. Complete the setup wizard with the Skip button.
4. Review the privacy policy and tap I understand.
5. Review the Data sharing policy and tap Not Now.
6. You will now be at the main App page and setup is complete.
7. Glacier, as well as any additional organization apps will now be installed.

Android Setup

1. Install the Intelligent Hub app from the Google Play Store.
2. Open the Intelligent Hub app.
3. Tap the QR code button or enter your email address that was assigned to your Glacier account.
4. Scan the code provided in the enrollment email.
5. Enter your username and password (see enrollment email).
6. Review the privacy information, tap I UNDERSTAND.
7. Review the data sharing, tap I AGREE or NOT NOW.

Install the work profile

1. At the "Let's st up your work profile" tap Accept & Continue.
2. Tap Next.
3. After a few moments the Hub app will continue the set up.
4. At the "Always accessible" screen, tap Got it.

Finish installation

1. Open the Hub app.
2. Glacier, as well as any additional organization apps will now be installed in your Work profile.
