Logging into Glacier

Invitations

You will receive a welcome email with instructions on activating your account.

Check your inbox for an email with subject "You have been invited to join a team on Glacier".

Click on the Accept Invitation button. This will open up a browser window and ask you to set your password. Once your password is set, you can log into the Glacier app(s).

Android

1. Open Glacier Chat or Glacier Voice, and you will be brought to the Login Screen.
2. Enter your Username and Password, and then tap Login.
3. If your account requires Glacier Core, please read below. Otherwise, skip to step 4.
   • If you have not yet installed Glacier Core, you will be notified that Glacier Core is required and sent to the Play Store to install Glacier Core. After installing, return to the Glacier app to finish the login process. 
   • After logging in, you will be asked to "Trust" the Core application. Please check the box in front of "I trust this application", and then tap OK.
   • You will then be prompted to select a profile. Please select a profile, and tap Start.
4. Your credentials will be authenticated, and then you will be brought into your Glacier app.
5. In order to allow Glacier to run in the background, and therefore ensure timely delivery of any communication, you will be asked to disable battery optimization for your Glacier app.  Please select "Allow", and then you will be ready to use your Glacier app.
6. In Glacier Voice, you will also be asked to allow the app to override Do Not Disturb settings on the phone. This allows Voice to ring when an incoming call comes in while the phone is locked. 

iOS

1. Open Glacier Chat or Glacier Voice, and you will be brought to the Login Screen.
2. Enter your Username and Password, and then tap Login.

Desktop

1. Open Glacier Desktop, and you will be brought to the Login Screen.
2. Enter your Username and Password, and then tap Login.
